I love these but i would like to put my own product name I.E Pickled Shallots or Balsamic pickled Shallots on instead of jam.

Hi Victor
I think the only option is to download the labels from Amy Moss's site and then alter the text in your own graphics program. She mentions in the blog post which font she uses.
